Neha S. Dagley is an Associate at Schecter Law, P.A. Neha concentrates her practice in the area of commercial litigation.

Neha was born in Mumbai, India in 1979 and lived there till 1994. Neha received her Bachelor of Science in Political Science, cum laude, from Utah State University in 2001. In May 2004, she graduated cum laude from the University of Miami School of Law.

While in law school, Neha received recognition for her academic achievements. She also spent a summer interning at a prominent law firm in Mumbai, India, and she was a member of the 2004 Jessup International Moot Court Team.

Neha has been admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.

Michael is an Associate at Schecter Law, P.A. Michael concentrates his practice in the area of business and commercial litigation. Michael is a native South Floridian, raised in Boca Raton. He completed his undergraduate studies at the University of Florida ,Warrington College of Business Administration where he received a Bachelors of Science in Finance in 2003. After graduating from college, Michael attended law school at the University of Buffalo Law School, where he excelled in his studies and obtained his Juris Doctor in 2007 . While in law school Michael was the Business Editor of the Buffalo Environmental Law Journal and was a Trial Team Competitor of the National Civil Rights Trial Competition. Michael has been admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.

Michael attended the State University of New York in Binghamton, New York and obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Biological Sciences in May of 2003 He then obtained his Juris Doctor in June of 2007 from the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law in New York. While excelling in law school, he was a member of the Cardozo Journal of Law and Gender. Michael has been admitted to practice law in the State of Florida.
