At Schecter Law, we may also agree to legal representation on a contingent fee basis. The legal representation on a contingent fee basis would relate to certain litigation matters. If both Schecter Law and the client are agreeable, a contingent fee engagement agreement would be prepared for the acceptance by both Schecter Law and the client.
